Patio and nice, green backyard affording some privacy. 1 off-street parking space with a grease pit.

2 bathrooms, washer & dryer. Nice and spacious kitchen.

Color scheme inside is cream/white.

The location is on Oakland Road near Hillsborough corner, both Blue and Yellow tram lines are a short walk away and lots of buses.
Also two supermarkets (coop, morrisons) and all the other various shops in that area.

One double (master bedroom) at 275pcm

Rent is exclusive electricity, gas etc, except council tax which is included in the rent. All rooms have Yale locks fitted.

I am looking for clean and tidy people as I just spent a lot of money getting the place into shape.
Tenants must have a UK bank account and able to set up a standing order. Rents due on the 1st. Deposit is 1 month rent.
