The location is on Oakland Road near Hillsborough corner, both Blue and Yellow tram lines are a short walk away and lots of buses.
Also two supermarkets (coop, morrisons) and all the other various shops in that area.

Rent is exclusive all bills. All bedrooms have Yale locks fitted. All bedrooms have wired (ethernet) network access for broadband internet, wireless network can be enabled if desired.

I am looking for clean and tidy people as I recently spent a lot of money getting the place into shape. The most recent improvement was a brand-new Worcester-Bosch condensing boiler, new paint-job and windows planned for later this year.

Tenants must have a UK bank account and able to set up a standing order. Rents are due on the 1st. Deposit is 1 month rent held in a deposit protection scheme. Rent on a weekly basis can be considered, subject to a surcharge.

Couples are welcome, but bills are shared on a per-head basis, not per room. Sorry, but no pets.
